Puffadoodle was made by parents, for parents. It only works if you use it together, calmly and consistently, every day. You know what's best for your child.

1. What this is: a calm-down and routine tool for parents to use with their kids. Made by parents, not a company.
2. It only works if you do: the app is a helper, not a fix. Results depend on parents using it together with their child, calmly and consistently.
3. Not medical advice: it is not medical, therapy, mental health, or professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, including anger, behavior, or any condition.
4. You're in charge: every child is different and you know what's best for your child. Use it with your child, not in place of your care or a doctor's advice. If you're worried about your child's behavior or safety, talk to your pediatrician. In an emergency, call 911.
5. Supervision: kids should use the app with a parent or guardian nearby.
6. No guarantees: the app is provided "as is", with no promise of any results and no warranties of any kind.
7. Use at your own risk: to the fullest extent allowed by law, the maker is not liable for any damages from using or not being able to use the app. The maker's total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Your data: nothing is collected. All data stays on your device. If you clear your browser or lose your device, the data is gone, so use Export to back up.
9. Payments: the subscription is sold and handled by Gumroad. Cancel anytime in your Gumroad account. Refunds follow Gumroad's process.
10. Changes: these terms may be updated. If they change, you'll be asked to agree again.
11. Law: Pennsylvania law applies.
